  • Sat at the intersection of engineering and the business side — turning production data into decisions enterprise clients could act on.
  • Dug into logs daily to catch problems early, before they turned into downtime for global services.
  • Was the go-between for customers, engineering, and ops — kept everyone working from the same picture.

  • Handled escalations across ticketing systems and Salesforce, on rotating shifts, in a genuinely fast-moving support queue.
  • Stayed the calm point of contact when things got busy — resolution over rushing.

FEB 2020 – FEB 2025
  • My longest and biggest chapter — five years running infrastructure for 200+ live portals across shared hosting, VPS, VDS, and cloud, mostly WordPress and Laravel. Built a lot of it from scratch and pushed stability and performance up roughly 80%.
  • Was the final call on anything that broke — system, database, or performance. Firewalls, DDoS protection, access controls, monitoring, all on me.
  • Tuned Apache, NGINX, and MySQL/MariaDB until the slow stuff stopped being slow, then automated the repetitive stuff away with scripts and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Led a small team of 4–5 people spread across Europe, Africa, and South America, with regular QA and ops check-ins to keep everyone aligned.
  • Built "Meridian Academy," an internal training platform, because I got tired of re-explaining the same onboarding steps — and mentored the newer engineers coming up.

  • Ran infrastructure for a handful of business-critical platforms — customer portals, internal systems — while overlapping with the Meridianbet role.
  • Moved legacy environments over to Azure and other cloud platforms for better reliability; managed Linux/Windows via WHM/cPanel and Plesk.
  • Also stayed hands-on with the web layer — custom builds and WordPress work — while coordinating directly with vendors and clients on what they actually needed.

  • Co-founded a digital culture and media platform I still run today — WordPress, an Android app, and the Linux infrastructure underneath both.
  • Own the technical side end-to-end (CI/CD, Git, deployment) while also having a hand in content and social publishing — mostly fast-moving Instagram work.
